Training and/or Tutoring
We can schedule a special session for your
Bruno, a certified teacher, has
developed computer courses and trained several thousand adults in computer
applications for over 25 years. She previously
worked in corporate marketing and information services. She has also taught
Microsoft Office at the community college level. She holds a BA and MA from
the University of Pennsylvania
and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Eileen Burton has taught numerous classes about eBay using experience gained from selling items there from her collectibles business. She also shares her results of extensive research by teaching courses in iPhone, iPad, genealogy, and related subjects over a period of many years with Continuing Education.
Lizabeth Doty, a professional educator for over 45 years, has trained
students in business applications including word processing and
database/spreadsheet management as well as courses in office procedures.
She is a Ridgefield
resident and is currently Wilton’s Coordinator for Senior
Activities. She holds a BS and MA from New York University and an MA from Holy Apostles College, and a NY Superintendent's Certification.
Deborah Tual has
a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is a business professional with
over 25 years of experience in marketing and business development
and is a professional photographer. She has taught numerous classes on website
design, photography, and Photoshop Elements and is also a marketing consultant,
freelance graphic artist and website designer. She
loves sharing her expertise about how images can be edited, enhanced, and used
creatively to express an artistic vision.
Lance Whitney is a technology journalist and the author of the book book “Teach
Yourself Visually LinkedIn.” He’s also written a book on Windows
8. He currently writes for TechRepublic, ZDNet, PCMag, and other technology
sites. Previously, he was a system administrator with Ciba Specialty Chemicals.
He's taught a variety of continuing education courses at Ridgefield Continuing
Education for several years.
Some of the computer courses use workbooks.
The workbooks provide information that will be useful to you after you
the class. The instructor will collect the text fees at the first class.
The cost usually $3 to $7 per workbook.
