Interiors
Tour the Castles, Palaces & Homes of Queen Elizabeth and The Royal Family
this Jubilee Year
Tour the Royal Residences of the British Royal Family this Jubilee Year including
Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, Clarence House, Balmoral,
Sandringham, Highgrove, Dumfries House, Holyrood Palace and more. The palaces
and homes of Queen Elizabeth and the Royal Family are steeped in history, priceless
antiques and art. This class will tour each of the Royal Residences of the Queen
and Royal Family, review their history, and discuss their future in this exciting
Royal Jubilee Year. Some Royal gossip will be served on the side. Brew your tea
and enjoy a scone or pudding in this lively, interactive online class celebrating
the Royal Family and their lovely homes. We will also feature their interior
designers. Instructor Linda Keefer has degrees in History and Education, has
taught interior design for over 20 years, and has 44,000 followers on her Pinterest
Design boards.

Coastal Style and 2022 Decorating Trends
The popular new decorating style COASTAL STYLE is described as 'the elegant aunt
of Grand Millennial style'. In this lively and fun interior design workshop we
will analyze and discuss rooms
and homes decorated in "Coastal Style" It's an ageless design and appeals
to all ages. We will also examine its country and cottage cousins such as Cottage-Country
decor. These summery styles include elements which are comfortable, livable,
classic and offer a relaxing escape and oasis in our homes. You can feel like
you are on vacation all year long in your home. Top 2022 Design Trends as identified
by Pinterest, Etsy, Houzz and design magazines will also be featured. In this
workshop we will tour top designers' vacation homes of Bunny Williams, Vicente
Wolfe, Markham Roberts, Robert Kime, Rita Konig, Victoria Hagan, Mark D. Sikes
and more who have homes by the water or in the country, and see how they implement
these styles. The workshop will offer ideas on how to identify participants'
personal style, and show how to update rooms using elements you love from these
current styles.

History
The Woman Question
It’s hard to believe that some of our mothers were born without the right
to vote. That right was certainly not part of the country’s original constitution,
and there were tremendous obstacles to its establishment. How did it come about?
What was the driving force behind the idea of female suffrage, and who were the
women who made it happen? In honor of Women’s History month, let us take
a look at some of the remarkably courageous women who dedicated their lives to
the pursuit of this right. Instructor Nancy Maxwell's bio is below.

Special Deep Relaxation Combo Workshop Class with Miriam Zernis
End your day with slow and easy yoga plus Yoga Nidra for true relaxation and healing of the body and mind. No prior experience with yoga necessary.
This Class starts with about 45 minutes of easy yoga with gentle stretching and restful, meditative postures held a bit longer, to fully activate the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation.
Benefits include:
- Increased flexibility
- Relaxed state of mind
- Releases blocked energy
- Creates a sense of balance and strength
The class will finish with about 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra or “conscious sleep” through a special guided meditation designed to integrate the physical, emotional, and spiritual through connection to the subconscious mind while lying in savasana.
Benefits include:
- Rest and restoration
- Connect with ourselves
- Positive psychological benefits - may aid healing insomnia and depression/anxiety
No yoga experience necessary. Please have a yoga mat, blanket, neck pillow (or a rolled-up towel), and eye covering on hand. Also eat lightly before or after,
dim the lights and turn off all devices.
