Fit and Tight
An all in one workout combining aspects of Barre, Pilates, Muscle conditioning, stretch, and low-impact cardio to get you "fit and tight". This workout is great for all levels and will use light weights (2-5 lbs); however, all exercises may be done without weights. Please have a mat, towel, water bottle, and light weights handy. All levels are welcome. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers. Make up date, if needed is added to the end.

Barre-Lates

A fusion of Barre work and classical Pilates. Lengthen, tone and condition your core using light 2 lb. weights. All fitness levels welcome. Please have water, mat, towel, and 2 lb. weights handy. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers. Make up, if needed, is added to the end.

60 Minute Calorie Burn Workout!
Shed those unwanted winter pounds with this 60 minute workout, guaranteed to get your body ready! Low impact cardio, weight training and core work will help to speed up your metabolism and burn calories. Light weights will be used. Instructor will tell you about household items that are readyily obtainable that you may use as equipment substitutes. Please bring your own mat, towel and water. Tai Chi Exercises

Tai Chi Exercises (Beginner): the Natural Way to Promote Health
This class is a meditation in motion and a full body workout combined, all done standing (no mat). This first class consists of 35 basic Tai Chi exercises designed to promote better health, stress relief, balance and coordination, concentration, and internal organ massage. These exercises are based on Step by Step Tai Chi: the Natural Way to Strength and Healing by Master Lam Kam Chuen. Please have a set of 2 or 3 pound weights and a water bottle available. Instructor Rod Barfield, a former NYC teacher, has been doing Tai Chi exercises since 1994 and has studied the Tai Chi Form under Gwen Roman since Fall 2013.

Zumba®

Zumba®
Have fun, burn calories, and tone your muscles. You get cardio exercise, muscle training, and total body conditioning, while having fun dancing. Easy to follow choreography and great music make you forget you are exercising. We dance with Latin rhythms such as Salsa and Merengue, as well as oldies from the 60's, 70's and 80's, and current hit songs. Exercise tools (provided) such as toning sticks, gliders, and drumsticks add extra fun. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with good support. Bring a water bottle and towel. You'll feel you've never sweated so much. Instructor Motoko Kuroda is a certified Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, and Zumba Toning® instructor with an M.A. in Fitness Management who has been teaching Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, and other cardio and toning courses for many years.
