Complete Workouts with Pat Anikewich

Fit for Life Workout
(Beginner and Intermediate)
This workout is designed for all fitness levels. Every session will combine cardio and strength training to get you into the best shape ever. Modifications are given so that all members can participate. All you need to bring is water and a mat.
Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers. Make up date, if needed, is 1/29.

Express Sculpt
This total body workout with exercises that transition from one muscle group to the next, trains both muscular strength and endurance. Continuous movement to great music with an intense abdominal session. All levels welcome. Some weights are available. Modifications are always given. Feel free to BYOW (Bring Your Own Weights). Please bring water and a mat.

60 Minute Calorie Burn Workout!
Shed those unwanted winter pounds with this 60 minute workout, guaranteed to get your body Summer ready! Low impact cardio, weight training and core work will help to speed up your metabolism and burn calories. Various equipment (bands, gliders and weights) will be provided by the instructor, Patricia Anikewich. Please bring your own mat and towel. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers.

Line Dance

Line Dance for Fun and Exercise: Beginners
The ideal workout. Burn fat and calories while you’re having fun. Do you know your right from your left, can you count to 8? - Then you can line dance! We’ll start with the basics and build from there. If you’ve been to this course before, come on back, we have new dances lined up for this course. Please bring +++a water bottle and wear leather or suede soled shoes to class. The instructors, Steve Parker and Ellen Russow have been Line dancing for over 20 years and teaching for nearly 10 years.

Zumba®

Zumba® with Motoko Kuroda
Have fun, burn calories, and tone your muscles. Get cardio exercise, muscle training, and total body conditioning, while having fun dancing. No dance or Zumba experience is needed. Easy to follow choreography and great music make you forget you are exercising. We dance to Latin rhythms like Salsa, Merengue, and Chacha, as well as oldies from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, and current hit songs. Zumba® Toning exercise with Toning Sticks (provided) is incorporated into the session to boost muscle sculpting. Barre moves (using chairs) are also added for extra fun during Wednesday’s class. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with good support. Bring a water bottle and towel. You’ll feel you’ve never sweated so much. Instructor Motoko Kuroda is a certified Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, and Zumba Toning® instructor with an M.A. in Fitness Management who has been teaching Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, and other cardio and toning courses for many years. Make up date, if needed, is 12/17 & 19.

Barre-Lates

A fusion of Barre work and classical Pilates. Lengthen, tone and condition your core using light weights, bands and balls. All fitness levels welcome. 2 pound weights will be used.
