Yoga with Stephanie Alana ~ Evening
Classes open with a theme and empower students to bring awareness to posture, alignment and body mechanics. Stephanie offers instructive verbal cues. Meditation is incorporated into each class as breathwork or pranayama. Trendy mantra music creates an atmosphere of retreat and restoration. A brief flow is followed by a floor series to bring on meaningful relaxation and clarity of mind to end your day. Beginner and intermediate level students welcome. Modifications are offered to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all body types. Bring a mat and a tightly woven blanket or towel. Optional second mat for comfort. Taught by Stephanie Alana. Make up, if needed, is Mondays, 3/25; 4/22; 6/24; Tuesdays, 9/17and Wednesdays, 4/3, 25; 6/12 or 13.

Morning Yoga Kickstart with Miriam Zernis ~ Morning
Get your week started with a positive, calm mental attitude and a un-kinked body in this class based on the undiluted, classical and holistic approach to yoga as a complete healing system. Students will move systematically through warmups, sun salutations and a short sequence of powerful poses to tone and strengthen all the muscle groups of the body. A deep and healing guided relaxation at the end of practice leaves you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This is a timeless, balanced, meditative style for all levels. Please bring a mat and blanket. Instructor Miriam Zernis is an internationally certified Sivananda Yoga Master with 19 years of experience in the teachings of yoga asana and philosophy, a certified Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Master and Kirtan (devotional chanting) artist. Make up date, if needed, is 7/1.

Yoga for Body, Mind & Spirit with Miriam ~ Morning
Get Experience the power of classical yoga on the body, mind, and spirit through guided breath work, sun salutations, a scientifically-designed series of 10-12 poses with variations and a deep guided relaxation that will leave you centered and ready to face your day. This is a well-rounded, meditative class appropriate for all levels of practitioners who enjoy moving at a gentle to moderate pace with an added emphasis on stress relief, positive thinking, and self-empowerment. Please bring a mat, block, and blanket. Me, Do Yoga? But I’m Not Flexible
Increase your flexibility, wherever you are! If you have tight hamstrings, hips or shoulders from sitting too much or from other types of exercise, this class is customizable to you and your abilities and focuses on what you can do. We will use a combination of postures to increase flexibility and build strength. This gentle class is for anyone who wants to stretch and move, regardless of prior yoga experience. Feel more relaxed, less stressed, and more aware of your body and surroundings. Please bring a mat and blanket, and block and strap if available. Instructor Joyce Martens, a 20 year yoga practitioner, has her 200 hour RYT certification from YogaSpace in Bethel and also teaches there.

Yoga with Emma Tenley
This class combines vinyasa and yin style yoga and is designed to help students connect their movements to their breathe. Beginning with a gentle and unique flow, students will be able to learn many new postures and sequences. Asanas (poses) will be repeated and varied each week and end with a deep relaxation including breathing exercises and meditation. All levels are welcome, beginner to advanced, to come practice mindfulness and yoga. Please bring a mat and a blanket. Instructor Emma Tenley has been practicing yoga since 2014. She got her 200 HR certification at Three Sisters in NYC and also teaches in South Salem.
