60 Minute Calorie Burn Workout!
Shed those unwanted winter pounds with this 60 minute workout, guaranteed to get your body Summer ready! Low impact cardio, weight training and core work will help to speed up your metabolism and burn calories. Various equipment (bands, gliders and weights) will be provided by the instructor, Patricia Anikewich. Please bring your own mat and towel. Zumba®

Zumba® with Toning with Motoko Kuroda
Join the party! This class fuses Latin and International rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a fun and energy filled dance workout. ZUMBA® uses the principles of interval fitness training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Sculpt and tone your body to a variety of styles including Samba, Axé, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Flamenco and Belly Dance. No dance experience necessary! Zumba® Toning with small maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks (1 lb each) is incorporated in the session to boost muscular sculpting and fun. Students should wear comfortable clothing and aerobic style shoes, with good support but little tread on the sole. Bring towel and water bottle. Instructor Motoko Kuroda is a certified Zumba, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Toning instructor with an M.A. in Fitness Management who teaches at several locations in Westchester County.

Bollywood Dance

Bollywood with Anindita Nanda
If you have always wanted dance to a fun routine and get a glimpse of the cultural diversity of India and Indian Cinema, this is the class for you. Anindita infuses bollywood and folk dances to create energetic routines which involve total body conditioning. Popular folk styles like Bhangra, Giddha, Dandia and Bolly moves will be explored and be set to foot tapping music from Indian Cinema. Graceful traditional and non traditional movements, easy to follow steps and energetic routine are the focus of this class. If interested, students may perform in the last class of each session at the discretion of the Instructor. Students should wear comfortable clothing and please note that we will be dancing bare foot (ballet shoes optional). If interested, students may perform in the last class of each session at the discretion of the instructor, Anindita Nanda. Annita Nanda has a Masters in Dance and Music and has been teaching at several locations in CT, Nevada, and Argentina for over 15 years. She is a performing Master artist, teacher, and choreographer.

Line Dance

Line Dance for Fun and Exercise: Beginners
The ideal workout. Burn fat and calories while you’re having fun. Do you know your right from your left, can you count to 8? - Then you can line dance! We’ll start with the basics and build from there. If you’ve been to this course before, come on back, we have new dances lined up for this course. Please bring a water bottle and wear leather or suede soled shoes to class. The instructors, Steve Parker and Ellen Russow have been Line dancing for over 20 years and teaching for nearly 10 years.
