Yoga and Yoga Stretching ~ Morning and Evenings - Keep Scrolling


Classes are taught In Person or Live and Online via Zoom and some are HYBRID - both in person and on Zoom! - (keep scrolling)



Substitutes:

Gentle Flow Yoga with Erin Lutz ~ Evening
For beginner/intermediate students looking to deepen their yoga practice. Explore the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice (vinyasa) as well as traditional poses. Benefits include increased strength, mobility, flexibility along with improved circulation and stress reduction. Increase your awareness of body and breath and end with a deep relaxation (Savasana). Modifications are  provided to allow all students to find their own combination of challenge and balance. Please bring a mat, blocks, blanket or towel and a water bottle. Instructor Erin Lutz is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and earned her 200 hour RYT certification through InnerSpace with Karen Pierce at Yoga Space in Bethel. She also teaches Gentle Flow Yoga and Chair Yoga in the area. Weather makeups are added to the end of the session.

Gentle Yoga Stretch Fusion with Mary Sireci ~ Evening
Start to wind down your week in this class designed to generate ease within the body, by poses that are strengthening and lengthening and suitable to meet needs of each student. Yoga magic in this class brings peace of mind, tension release, and positive energy. Stretching is a good way to keep your body mobile, your joints lubricated, and your body feeling free. A feel good class for all body types. Ending with some yoga meditation, students will learn to calm the mind while feeling blissful in the soul. Please bring a mat, blocks, blanket or towel and a water bottle. Instructor Mary Sireci, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, has been a dedicated yogi for years and enjoys sharing the magic of Yoga. She has been teaching Yoga and Stretch in her Physical Education classes since 1994 and is trained in making modifications for individual needs.

Yoga with Deby Goldenberg ~ Afternoon
Class starts with breathe work and then flows into a kripalu practice (compassionate yoga), where we stretch and scan our bhodies. Then we energize with Kundalini, just enough to strengthen and ease into shavasanna where we can rest and restore completely. Instructor Deby Goldenberg has practiced and taught yoga, Tai Chi, and martial arts (3rd degree black belt) in this area for decades. She is also an Amrit Yoga Nidra therapist. Makeups, if needed, are added to the end of the class. Please bring a mat, blocks, blanket or towel and a water bottle.
