Barre-Lates
A fusion of Barre work and classical Pilates. Lengthen, tone and condition your core using light 2 lb. weights. All fitness levels welcome. Please have water, mat, towel, and 2 lb. weights handy. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers.
Make up date, if needed, is added to an open date or the end of the session.

30 Minute Stretching and Dance Technique
It's time to get moving again. This class combines stretching, balance, and basic dance techniques to get you moving better when you walk, improve your balance and posture, or become a better social dancer. Even if you never took a dance lesson, these basic movements are great exercises to help you tone and build endurance. No floor work; every movement will be done standing or sitting. A sturdy chair is required.
Instructor Natalie Mazzola is a former amateur 10 dance champion, and a teacher for over 20 years at the Vitti's School of Dance in Danbury, CT. She loves to have fun, and her no stress attitude toward dance is clear as her students always leave with a smile!

Dance Toning and Stretch
Get cardio exercise, muscle training, and total body conditioning, while having fun and relieving your stress. Starts with core muscle toning at standing position, followed by low impact dance exercise. The music includes dance rhythms like Salsa and Chacha as well as 60's to 80's hit songs. The choreographies are easy to follow and no dance experience is needed. The class concludes with a relaxing stretch -- no head-down position. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with good support. You'll need a yoga mat, water bottle and towel handy and plan to sweat. Instructor Motoko Kuroda is a certified Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, and Zumba Toning® instructor with an M.A. in Fitness Management who has been teaching cardio, dance and toning and stretch, Zumba®, and Zumba Toning® courses for many years.
