Barre-Lates, 30 Minutes for Better Movement - scroll down
A fusion of Barre work and classical Pilates. Lengthen, tone and condition your core using light 2 lb. weights. All fitness levels welcome. Please have water, mat, towel, and 2 lb. weights handy. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers. Make up date, if needed, is added to an open date or the end of the session.

Stretch and Flexibility
A great class for all ages! A variety of stretches are used to relieve muscle tension and imbalances, and increase flexibility. Instructor Ginger Cox Is a seasoned professor of dance with a Master in Kinesiology, BFA in Dance. She loves movement and science, and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer. Her diverse background in dance and fitness for over twenty years, enables her to bring useful information that educates people how to improve their quality of life in a stress free, fun environment. Both Dance Informa Magazine, and Dancetrain Magazine featured her for her relatable teaching method and dynamic style in a variety of genres, to all ages.

Simply Stretch with Mary
Gain freedom of movement, move comfortably and reduce pain in this relaxing class and fun class. Set aside some time for a stretch class that lengthens muscles and aids in mobility. Move with greater range of motion and less back and body pain. Students in this class will learn how to stretch those hard to reach muscles and will learn how to increase flexibility and move with greater range of motion. The use of dynamic and static stretches will be explored in each class. This class is for any interested person as modifications are made of each level. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Yoga blocks and yoga straps are helpful, but not necessary. Instructor Mary Sireci, a certified Physical Education and Yoga teacher, is trained in modifying for individual needs.

45 Minutes for Better Movement
It's time to get moving again. This class combines stretching, balance, barre, and easy dance moves to get you moving better when you walk, improve your balance and posture, or become a better social dancer. Even if you never took a dance lesson, these basic movements are great exercises to help you tone and build endurance. No floor work; every movement will be done standing or sitting. A sturdy chair is required. Instructor Natalie Mazzola is a former amateur 10 dance champion, and a teacher for over 20 years at the Vitti's School of Dance in Danbury, CT. She loves to have fun, and her no stress attitude toward dance is clear as her students always leave with a smile!
