Gentle Yoga with Shanta Marshall Ballou
This class will teach you a foundation of yoga poses that you can do anywhere - at anytime! This is the “Integral” yoga style which is a mello, low-key, stress reducing class with light aerobic activity. Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced. Begins with opening chants, warm-up stretches and sun salutation. 15 plus asanas (poses) will be learned that will be repeated and varied each week. A deep relaxation period, breathing exercises, an introduction to meditation and closing chants follow. Focus is inward to the eternal self and concentration is on a meditative flow and calming the mind and emotions. Please bring a mat, blanket, and throw pillow. Instructor Shanta Marshall Ballou , M.Ed., a certified Integral Yoga teacher has taught in the county since 1997. She has 500 HR trainings in Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Other certifications: Macrobiotics, Ayurveda, and Reiki.

Morning Yoga Kickstart with Miriam Zernis
Get your week started with a positive, calm mental attitude and a un-kinked body in this class based on the undiluted, classical and holistic approach to yoga as a complete healing system. Students will move systematically through warmups, sun salutations and a short sequence of powerful poses to tone and strengthen all the muscle groups of the body. A deep and healing guided relaxation at the end of practice leaves you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This is a timeless, balanced, meditative style for all levels. Please bring a mat and blanket. Instructor Miriam Zernis is an internationally certified Sivananda Yoga Master with 19 years of experience in the teachings of yoga asana and philosophy, a certified Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Master and Kirtan (devotional chanting) artist. Make up date, if needed, is 1/14.

Yoga for Body, Mind & Spirit with Miriam

Get Experience the power of classical yoga on the body, mind, and spirit through guided breath work, sun salutations, a scientifically-designed series of 10-12 poses with variations and a deep guided relaxation that will leave you centered and ready to face your day. This is a well-rounded, meditative class appropriate for all levels of practitioners who enjoy moving at a gentle to moderate pace with an added emphasis on stress relief, positive thinking, and self-empowerment. Please bring a mat, block, and blanket. Align & Flow Yoga with Jessica Outlaw
Bring your life into balance with this 75 minute slow flow alignment-focused class that  includes yoga postures, proper breathing and deep relaxation  to calm the mind, open the heart and invigorate the body. Jessica leads students on a path of self-discovery within a nurturing and safe environment, by encouraging them to practice with intelligence, mindfulness and curiosity.  Modifications and variations will be offered for students of all levels and abilities. Please bring a mat, 2 yoga blocks and large towel or blanket to class. Jessica Outlaw has been teaching hatha, vinyasa, restorative, prenatal, postnatal & mommy n me yoga in the New York City area since 1999. She enjoys bringing the practice to people to expand its therapeutic and fitness benefits to all.
