Super Stretch


Super Stretch with Frances Goulart
Easy, effective no-impact exercises (mostly lying or sitting) for the body’s 600 + muscles from head to toe. A stretched out body is protected against strerss, insomnia, and less prone to injury. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Bring a thick mat to class. Instructor Frances Sheridan Goulart is a certified yoga, pilates and yoga-lates instructor who has been teaching in Ridgefield and throughout Fairfield County for over a decade. She is also a certified clinical nutritionist and author of Super Immunity Foods (McGraw Hill).

Pilates


Pilates / Fab Abs with Frances Goulart ~ Weights Optional
Try this unique and mind-body approach to strengthening your back and abdominals and improving overall flexibility in a matter of weeks. An hour of slow and targeted abdominal transformation exercises – designed to slim and trim the midsection, strengthening both the outer and inner layer of abdominals including: transverse abdominus, rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques. No prior experience needed. All are welcome. Bring a thick mat to class. Optional weights: if you want to enhance your workout and burn a few more calories, bring a set of 1 or 2 pound weights. All exercises can be done with or without weights and Frances Goulart will show you how. Instructor Frances Sheridan Goulart is a certified yoga, pilates and yoga-lates instructor who has been teaching in Ridgefield and throughout Fairfield County for over a decade. Pilates - "Abs of Steel Workout" with Pat Anikewich
A core and abdominal workout to strengthen and tighten abs, waist, lower back, glutes and legs with moves created by Joseph Pilates to promote bone density and improve muscular endurance and body alignment! Bring a mat, towel, and water. Other equipment, if needed will be provided by instructor, Pat Anikewich. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers. Make up date, if needed, is 1/29.

A combination of pilates, ballet and strength training done to upbeat cardio music. Work at your own level! Bring a mat and light hand weights. Fit for Life Workout
(Beginner and Intermediate)
This workout is designed for all fitness levels. Every session will combine cardio and strength training to get you into the best shape ever. Modifications are given so that all members can participate. All you need to bring is water and a mat.
Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers. Make up date, if needed, is 1/29.

60 Minute Calorie Burn Workout!
Shed those unwanted winter pounds with this 60 minute workout, guaranteed to get your body Summer ready! Low impact cardio, weight training and core work will help to speed up your metabolism and burn calories. Various equipment (bands, gliders and weights) will be provided by the instructor, Patricia Anikewich. Please bring your own mat and towel. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers.
